Dear Slow Members,
I’m excited to offer you this five-day (or however you want to approach it!) journalling course to help you slow down, notice, and explore your deepest thoughts.
Included in this offering:
Short audios filled with calming winter-themed poetry, readings, and invitations to step outside
A “Walk & Talk” video from my part of the world
Thoughts on how to use nature as a mirror for your feelings
Relaxing walking meditation
Short journalling prompt for each day.
I hope this experience will help you dig deeper into yourself, but do so with a sense of kindness. We are tiptoeing through winter after all.
The five days of your winter journey will unfold like this:
Day One: Illumination
Shining a light on the spaces in between.
Day Two: Reflection
Looking deeply and closely.
Day Three: Unravelling
Discovering and exploring patterns in nature and self.
Day Four: Clarity
Putting one foot in front of the other towards peace.
Day Five: Acknowledgement
Gently nurturing space for yourself.

There are two ways to experience this offering: For £5 a month (cancel anytime) you can join this supportive and slow community as a valued Slow Member.
This means you will receive not only a journalling course for every season, but also a mindfulness offering each and every month (plus access to the back library), along with an invitation to join subscriber-only chats and occasional live Zoom gatherings where we share and support each other on our slow journeys.
