Dear Slow Friends,

I don’t know about you, but February was quite the month! It was exhausting delving into my truths and untruths, peeling away the layers and then making decisions based on what I found…so this month I thought we would just breathe and TRUST in the season of spring; in that sense of re-emerging and embracing what comes.

I’m honestly so grateful for your presence on this journey. To know that together we are exploring and seeking a deeper sense of clarity, brings a sense of collective comfort, I think.
