When you revealed Jay was your niece's name I teared up and smiled. When the veil lifts, or we are tender enough to see past the veil, signs of loved ones exist.

Beautiful, Alice. Your sharing of your heart helps heal us all.

"When we are tender enough to see past the veil"β€”this speaks to me, dear Renee. And I believe I have become more tender since her death, which is somehow sad and yet, so beautiful. Sending love to you.πŸ’šπŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ±

Sometimes tenderness seems to break me open silently. I think the quieter we become inside the more tenderness envelops us, giving us a strength of sorts. I am still learning how to dance with it, and truthfully your publication is such a help as you share (d) your journey through grief.

I hadn't thought of sending Melody off better than we found her, but that is so true and brings joy to my heart at the thought of it. Thank you for being here, as always Meg. πŸ’šπŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ±
