September: Meditation (with optional Restorative Yoga Practice)

This month I asked in our 👉 monthly chat space what everyone needed and based on the response, I’ve written and recorded a meditation to help us transition from summer to autumn, and I’ve included an optional restorative yoga class.🧡
This means you can simply listen to the meditation OR join me in taking two restorative yoga poses: Supported Forward Fold and Supported Savasana.
If you intend to make this a restorative session, before you watch the video gather your bolsters, blankets and cushions so that you can be held in these poses.
