October: Savasana Meditation
BREATHE and take time for a 20-minute savasana meditation and journalling prompt.
Dear Slow Friends,
I invite you to make a space where you can take just twenty minutes to yourself to lie down in savasana and fully relax.
Yes, all I’m asking you to do today is R.E.L.A.X… how hard is that?!
Before you do this practice, ask yourself how you feel.
When you finish, ask yourself the same question.
Throughout the day think about how hard or easy it was for you to truly give yourself over to relaxation.
