Dear Slow Members,
Create a super comfy and relaxing space, light some incense, pop your eye-patches on, and give yourself the gift of this 30-minute sound journey meditation where I invite you to release something—physical or emotional—and then come back into a state of harmony.
Be sure to have a good drink of water before and after and be aware to not have your volume too high as some parts of this meditation are specifically made to be quite loud and jarring. Sound does not always have to feel calming and comfortable, sometimes the intention is to shake things up in order to release!
