Enjoy this relaxing Yin practice (live class replay) followed by an Om meditation accompanied by my harmonium. Includes ten-minute relaxing savasana at the beginning.

If you’re feeling tired and in need of a gentle (but powerful!) stretch, then this class will be perfect for you. Topped off with an om practice, which you can join in with or listen to either in a comfortable seated position, or savasana.

Please note: I always request students begin class by relaxing in savasana, or with eyes closed in a comfortable seated position to promote a fully-relaxed and present state.🙏🏻
