BALANCE: January 2025

January's walk & talk video is filmed from a rather grey and dismal South Central France where I reflect on how, just like the weather, life is all about balance.

I’m so glad you have decided to join me on this year-long journey of self-reflection in time with the seasons.

The word I have chosen for 2025 overall is SIMPLICITY but the first word we will explore deeply, for this month of January, is BALANCE.
