August: Breathwork
Make time for this 25-min gentle seated breathwork practice (+ cup of tea!)
Dear Slow Members,
This month I’ve created this lovely gentle breathwork practice for you, which I hope you will make time for.
We’ll enjoy a mindful cup of tea, before settling onto our mats/chairs/lawns (!) to do some Bumblebee Breath, Alternate Nostril Breathing, and bringing in good energy!
When everything around us gets busy, it’s important to remind ourselves that we can always take some time out to come back to our core, and be in control of our breath, which in turn feeds into other areas of our life.
